On 13 November 2023, for the eighth time in Brussels, we will follow up on Václav Havel's spiritual message through a democratic dialogue between the general public, the European Union and representatives of NGOs. This year, the Václav Havel European Dialogues will focus on the geopolitical issue of proximity and cooperation of neighbouring countries on foreign policy, the official title is: How can the EU bring its neighbours closer in the changing world order? Opportunities, challenges and the role of the civil society.
