Exhibition: QUID PRO QUO

The exhibition Quid Pro Quo presents 5 knights of contemporary Czech painting of the youngest generation. All authors are top artists who are slowly starting to celebrate successes in the Czech Republic and abroad. They have never exhibited in this lineup. The audience can look forward to insight and wit in folkloric guise from Jan Vytiska, a nourishing Baconian painting by Tomáš Jetela, overcoming obstacles in the paintings of Tadeáš Kotrba, a precise mystical painting by Jiří Marek, and sculptures and relief paintings by the last winner of the Critic's Prize for Young Painting, Patrik Adamec. All this under the curatorial baton of The Chemistry Gallery's artistic director Petr Hájek.
